Results are available via secure id and password and can be set up to permit several levels of authority. For example; establishment managers can have access to their own customers feedback; area managers can have access to the establishments within their area; regional managers have access to all results within the region and so on.
Search and analysis can be via groups such as geographical, by market sector or by business sector. Analysis can then be broken down further to show individual performance on the four key aspects such as Front of House, Customer Care, Marketing and Service Delivery Standards.
The graphical analysis is also displayed in chart format and can be viewed over selected time periods.
